Sango---Green & Black Tablescape

A very simple glass candlelight centerpiece is all that's needed for this evening dinner tablescape.
To tie in the color of the green on the plates I added some long beaded stems and shaped them around the glass.

I just love my beautiful stemware that I received as a Hostess Gift from Princess House years ago. I hosted a party for a friend and was able to get the stemware for FREE. (Tip) Having a home show/party is a great way to get some of your favorite items for little to no cost.

The beautiful Sango plates with the ever so lovely Lily pattern was a terrific Goodwill find.
All they had were the plates and saucers BUT they were .50 each!!
~~LOVE~~
I also like the square shape of the plates with the rounded edges.
Sometimes it's nice to have something different from the everyday circle plate shape.

These gorgeous black wavy square plates were FREE!!
I got them from a lady on Freecycle.
For those of you that have never heard of Freecycle it is a yahoo group that allows people to post items that they want to give away for FREE only. It started out being a way for people to pass along good usable items to keep them going to the landfill.
I have seen all sorts of things listed on there, and of course I give away items as well to return the favor.
And, it's all FREE!

The circle plate that I am using as a charger was a Flea Market find and they were on a clearance table  for .60 each.
They worked out perfectly for this setting.

My tablecloth is nothing more than a $5.00 sheer curtain from the Family Dollar Store.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope your day is Plum Perfect!!
