Tabletop Tuesday ~Purple & Green~ Tablescape

Recently I did a very simple and quick tablescape!

I found a lovely purple floral tablecloth at the Goodwill for $1.00 and just couldn't resist! I added some large green plates and then a smaller purple plate with a white saucer. I added a purple glass bowl to hold some candlelight for each guest to enjoy.



The stemmed glasses I also found at Goodwill for $1.00 each!
The S&P shaker set is also from Goodwill and was $1.00 for the set. The purple floral tiered stand is from Freds and I think I paid $8.00 for it.

Like I said, quick and simple today!
I love these two colors together!

Easter Tablescape

Hello!!!!
I know, I know......I have been MIA for the last month, it seems that when Spring Sprung it brought alot to do inside and out. I think somedays I meet myself coming and going lol.....

I have much to blog about but for today I am sharing my 'Easter Dinner Tablescape'!
We are having friends over for dinner Sunday afternoon and I am looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the time of fellowship.


I did alot of pastel tones and added some fun little items to this tablescape, my lil prince just loves to look at everything so I wanted it to be happy and full of color!



Green dinner plates were on a sale rack at the flea market and I was able to snag them for .40 ea! The purple dinner plates are from the local Goodwill and they were $3.00 for the set. I am using the little white scalloped bowels for our salad and they are from a lawn sale and were $2.00 (I think)




Tablecloth is a Goodwill find that was $4.00, the napkins are from Tuesday Morning and were originally $2.99 ea and I found them on the sale rack for .99 ea!! I love the detailing on them with the bunnies and the flowers. The decorative butter knives I purchased at a lawn sale for .25! they were still in the box from the Dollar General and were originally $2.00. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE my napkin rings!! They are from an Estate Sale and although I did pay $8.00 for the set I think they are worth it.  



The little spring tree is from the Dollar Tree and I added Jelly Belly's to the ends for a burst of color!

Mr & Mrs Bunny were purchased at the Goodwill as well, and what a super buy! They were marked $4.50 each BUT they were green tagged and it just so happened that green tags were buy one get one FREE!! 



These darling little egg cups I purchased at Goodwill for $2.00 but they were new in the package from Big Lots and were originally $4.00.





I used clear stemmed glasses and just put an initial sticker on the front instead of using place setting cards!




Ah! some more new flatware!!! (saving this story for another blog post) :)



I found two of these great little egg trays at the flea market and they were $1.25 ea. Lil prince and I will be making colored eggs for them very soon.
